    I did not buy a used RAM Waterblock.

    My order number is 30210865. I started assembling it today, and I'm surprised by the condition of the RAM water block. Did someone send me a used one? At first, I thought it had a protective film on it and there were scratches on the film, but I was wrong. How can you resolve this issue?
