Asus responded to my inquiry - " We have received a response regarding the PCB layout differences between Part #90YV0MD0-MVAA00 and Part #90YV0MD0-M0NA00 for the ASUS TUF RTX 5070 Ti Gaming graphics card. Our team has confirmed that the PCB layout is the same for both part numbers. There are no...
Cleaning completed. Residue was easily removed with a lint-free cloth and distilled water. Reassembly shows the cooler much cleaner (though some nickel plating has been removed):
Nevermind - found the answer from ASUS - "Model Identifiers: The identifiers 90YV0MD0-M0NA00 and 90YV0MD0-MVAA00 refer to different SKU variations. These variations may include differences in packaging or included accessories but do not affect the core performance of the graphics card."
Hello,
The datasheet for #10266 says it supports Asus TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5070 Ti OC, TUF-RTX5070TI-O16G-GAMING, 16GB GDDR7 (90YV0MD0-M0NA00) but my TUF Gaming card has Part #90V0MD0-MVAA00. Will this cooler work with my card?
Regarding the Apex pump, the datasheet lists it as 8-13 VDC, 14W. I assume most of the power if supplied by the SATA connection? I ask because the PWM fan header on my motherboard only supports up to 1A@12W so 14W would be too much for that connection.
Thanks Eddy,
Sounds good. I do really like the Coolplex HF reservoir because it allows for a drain and also a port for a temperature probe. But I would probably replace the Eisbaer Aurora with something like 12948 Alphacool Eisblock XPX Aurora Edge - Acryl Black Digital RGB (I have a socket...
Hello,
Two questions. One - I currently have a loop consisting of the Alphacool Eisbaer_Aurora_(Solo, 12960), Alphacool_NexXxoS_HPE-30_Full_Copper_360mm_Radiator (14377), the Cape Corp Coolplex HF Metall 25 reservoir (15270 )and the Alphacool_Eisfluegel_flow_indicator_G1-4_square-acetal (17350)...
Well, cleaning with the loop cleaner didn't make much of a difference. So I'm gonna have to disassemble the cooler and clean it. When I removed the card from the cooler, some of the thermal pads tore in the process so I need to replace them. Is the thermal pad set for the #11939 Alphacool...
Hi Eddy,
Thanks for the quick response! OK I'll clean using the recommended solution (including my radiator as well from the AIO. Should I use it full strength or dilute as suggested on the bottle? If that doesn't remove the deposits completely after 30 minutes, should I run it through again...
Hello,
I purchased the Eiswolf 2 AIO for Radeon 3080 {14419_Alphacool_Eiswolf_2_AIO_360mm_Radeon_3080-3090_TUF_with_Backplate) in 2022 and have used with my 3080Ti until recently when I decided to add a CPU cooler and reservoir. After removing the stock TPV hoses and draining the milky-colored...
Anyone currently using the Alphacool Repack Dual Bayres 5.25" - Rev.2 reservoir in their system - approximately how much volume of coolant does this hold? Also, I was hoping to use one of the 3/8" openings for a temperature probe, but the probes are all G-1/4 - anyone done this with an adapter...
The AIO connector on my motherboard has the option to vary the pump flow rate with temperature. Is there any advantage to lowering the flow rate of the Eiswolf 2 pump when the GPU is idle or below a certain temperature? Would doing that extend or shorten the life of the pump? My pump runs at...
Hello - I have an Eiswolf 2 coming for my 3080Ti and was wondering - can I run the hoses to the radiator behind the motherboard tray in my case or do they need to be in front for added cooling via the case fans? Thanks
