Yes, if the water block explicitly says RX 9070 XT Steel Legend, it should fit the ASRock RX 9070 XT Steel Legend since it’s made for that PCB. Most water blocks list the exact supported card names, so always double-check the compatibility list to be safe.- Bablin1942
