2080Ti Eiswolf 2 green stuff in the block

I bought this alphacool Eiswolf 2 in 2020 for my 2080Ti. Recently it starts to overheat and crash during gaming. I took it out and this is what I see. What are those green stuff floating around in the GPU? Algae growth? Alphacool only has 2 years warranty, how can this be fixed?

When exactly did you buy? Year/month? The AiO requires maintenance, i.e. the system must be drained & flushed. When flushing, you will see how much contamination disappears by itself. In the worst case, the cooler must be opened and cleaned. This is not a warranty case and is part of the user's maintenance tasks. To forestall objections: If this happens after 6 or 7 months, then it is a warranty case. After more than 2 years of use, it does not belong in this category, as even an AiO water cooling system needs to be serviced from time to time.
