5080 waterblock one screw too short

I bought the PNY 5080 waterblock and one of the corner screws bottoms out and isnt long enough to reach the threads. I double checked the installation twice and everything is installed correctly. Any ideas?

Which standoff are you referring to exactly? A picture would also be helpful to better understand the whole situation. Could you please provide some more detailed information here so that we can assist you?
