Due to the 7900XTX Phantom water-block being OOS for the foreseeable future, is there a similar block that fits it?

Hey,

currently we are only delivering the water block to the pre-orderer. If you have pre-ordered it contact info@alphacool.com. They can say you when you can expect your water block. If you didn´t pre-order it, I would highly recommend to do it at the moment, because the request is higher as we can produce the water blocks at the moment.
