Acceptable amount of discoloration?

Hi,

I have had an Eiswolf 2 since October 2023 and currently there is a slight amount of discoloration visible. I am not sure whether this is abnormal?
It is only aestethic, cooling performance is great but I wonder whether over time this will become a bigger issue.

such a discoloration is not normal and shouldn´t happen. I would kindly ask you to contact our Support team to start an RMA with them. If you didn´t purchase it from us and you are not living within the EU you must contact your reseller to start an RMA with them. Our official reseller outside the EU are responsible to handle our offered warranty.

It looks more like it's burned than defective.
