Advice for Alphacool Laing DDC310 - Complete Edition Eisdecke - Schwarz/Acetal

I purchased the DDC pump new from an amazon seller "Doc Micro", on the 14th October 2020.
I used it for a few months. It seemed a bit weak, struggling to move liquid around the loop of a small form factor pc.
One day it failed, causing my CPU to overheat and crashing my computer.
I removed the pump and tested it outside the computer. The pump started working again.
I do not want to risk putting it back into the computer's cooling loop, as I am worried the pump will fail again.

I contacted the seller and they told me to ask you.

Could you please advise.

Since you didn´t purchase it directly from us you have to contact the reseller from which you purchased it for an RMA. Please note that his conditions and requirements are crucial. Since the pump is running as you write we can not help you any further. If you want a replacement or your money back you have always to go with your reseller.

Thank you for responding to my post. I will contact the seller again.

I believe the pump is faulty. Can you advise me on any test I can perform to confirm the fault.
