Alphacool Aurora Eiscontrol- poor quality

I purchase Alphacool Eisbaer Aurora 360 CPU - Digital RGB August 2020. The RGB controller has stopped fucntioning. The controller is very poor quality and the connections are weak. I had to use tape to hold them together. Although its under warranty I do not want to remove the radiator and pump to return the whole product. I decided to buy a new controller at my own cost. Why do you charge so much to post for something so small?

Hi @simplysimon911, but unfortunately that is the way. To be able to check a warranty claim, we need the item to be checked. A remote diagnosis is not possible unless we know of problems - which is not the case with your Eisbaer AIO. Have you written to our support team (info@alphacool.com)? They generally find useful and acceptable solutions.
