Hey there!
I am planning to watercool my ASUS RTX 5080 Prime with the Alphacool Core. For thermal compund i will go with Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Extreme Liquid Metal. To shield the smds around the gpu core from the LM, i have looked up the Thermal Grizzly GPU Guard, which is some sort of very compressible foam.
Now my question :
Are Alphacool Core Gpu blocks compatible with this kind of solution? ...or should i put just some protective coating on it (like in my previous builds).
Thanks in advance!
