Hello,
I ordered this GPU waterblock at beginning of July (order n. 10489613). At the time the shipment date was 3 weeks, and kept decrementing: the shipment should have arrived this week.
Today I see the shipment date for this item is back to "3 - 4 weeks", and I've received no communication from alphacool that my order is being prepared or that something has happened and my order has been further delayed.
Can someone please shed some light? Has the shipment arrived and all received items have been allocated to pending orders (meaning that my order will be shipped in the next few days) or nothing has arrived and I have to wait for at least another month?
I read other recent threads on the forum about this, but I've seen no clear answer, so any clarifying feedback from alphacool would be appreciated.
