Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora 360 CPU AIO problems

Hi, hopefully somebody can help me.
I have a Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora 360 CPU AIO I bought in Nov 2023. It's used to cool a Threadripper 7970X CPU and the AIO has started to fail. I am getting high temperatures on my Threadripper CPU, and when I look at the cooling block I can see an air bubble, green tint to the coolant, and also white particles floating inside. I have attached the pics.

I need to have the AIO replaced. How can I go about doing that?
