Hello,

Recently purchased (end of March 2023) Alphacool Eisbaer Pro HPE Aurora 360 CPU AIO has reduced efficiency. After reseating the CPU and the cooler three times, I opened the quick connector and found this greenish-blue deposit inside, as seen in the pictures. I assume that this deposit could have accumulated between the contact plate fins, causing the decrease in performance.

I haven't replaced the coolant, and only a few drops spilled when I opened the quick valve.
The pump is working, but the temperature rises to 90°C at only 10-15% CPU utilization.

After installation, there were no issues for about a month and a half, with maximum temperature reaching only 68°C even at 70-80% utilization, which is very good for this AIO.

I would like to ask for advice on whether this could indeed be the issue and what would be the quickest solution.

I purchased it from Aquatuning, and I also reported this issue to them. They promptly replaced the product for me. From the moment I sent it back to them through the post, they resolved it within 7 days, which is like 5 working days, and they provided me with a completely new item. 5-star service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
