Good Morning!
I purchased the block of the title for my Asus Rog Strix 2080, and i have a problem with the backplate. As you can see in the attached photos, a very small part of the edge of the backplate comes over the plexi. As far as i tested it does not affect cooling (30-33 idle, 57-60 in games) but the back ports are completely useless. Your admin Thomas_S mentioned that you can fix it. So how is the procedure to send you back the backplate?
