Alphacool Eiswand External CPU Liquid Cooler not cooling down GPU.

I installed the unit made sure there were no leaks and the temps never drop I'm still getting 84c which I get without the External unti. I bought the external unit, therefore, I wouldn't have to try to redo my entire build. Although, the external is expensive I was going to use it as a future cooling solutions. However, I'm not getting any results. I don't know if the External cooler is supposed to have a ticking noise but I think maybe something is malfunctioning. I just received it today and set it up.

do you have already an other pump in your system or only Eiswand? Could you send us a video where we can hear the ticking noise?
