Alphacool Waterblock for MSI 5700XT Mech OC

Hello.I own recently a MSI 5700XT Mech OC, but it gets hell hot.
Can someone advice if this product is compatible?

Also, ask help if i can install without backplate, since isn`t compatible with original.
Already have custom WC, from Heatkiller and D5 pump + 2 radiators.

There is no need to use the backplate. It is only for the appearance and protection of the PCB. As long as you don't touch it with your finger during operation or put your coffee cup down.... it is unnecessary.

I ask, because modern graphics do have some dissipaters, above memory's, to also help dissipate heat to the backplate.....
My previous R9 270 didnt have nothing, and no problems.

Unless there is a VRam on the back of the graphics card, you don't necessarily need the backplate. Cooling via the backplate does not help that much. You can neglect that.
