Hi all,
Question in regarding my core temps on waterblock 5090. With water temp at ~32 degrees, my core temp at ~320w of normal 1440p load sits at around 50-52 degrees. I originally had Apex paste, which I swapped for LM which only made a degree or two of difference. If I load the GPU on Furmark this temp increases to 65c - honestly expected a little better.
Does anyone else seem to have this issue? What are everyone’s 5090 temps looking like? Is it possibly due to poor contact due to incorrect thermal pad sizing? Memory temps are great.
Or potentially flow? I have 1 x D5 next (runs at 100% at 32c), running 3 x rads (2 x 360 and 1 x 420), with a CPU and RAM block in the loop as well, only with 3 x pairs of QDCs.
Thanks in advance.
Edit: I think I may have the inlet and outlet mixed up
