DHL Shipping

I was informed today that DHL is both a German postal service and a courier company, I only knew them as a courier company.
Can anyone confirm whether Alphacool's DHL shipping is done with the postal service or courier company for international orders?
 
Hi, DHL does not forward the package by their self like UPS. They work with the locaol Post service provider and the Postal service from the country where the package is headed to. Only the express delivery service is handled by DHL directly.
