eisbaer 240 pump not working

Hi all, my eisbaer 240 AIO pump is no longer working. I can see there's no bubble movement and the impeller/gears are not turning. CPU temps go to 100+C and my computer shuts down within a minute.

I'm not really expecting a warranty/RMA as it's just over 2 years and don't really have the time to wait for full RMA process. What part would I need to replace this? Is it simply the "Alphacool Eisbaer (Solo) - 2600rpm - black" ? Or anything else I can try? I tried putting it on a different motherboard header, no difference.

you can either purchase a EIsbaer Solo or only the pump to replace the broken part.

I purchased both on friday, eisbaer solo and the pump. How long does it normally take for alphacool to ship these?

Got the package today, everything back to normal. Thanks for the quick response. Didn't get any shipping emails, but maybe it got lost somehow. (not in spamfolder).
