HI Alphacool,
My Eisbaer 420 DC-LT pump stopped working today. I bought it Nov 27th, 2018, so I think it is still under warranty. What is the process for getting the pump replaced? Probably easier to do that then replace the whole unit. Can something be sent out to me (i.e liquid, a new pump and info on swapping them out)?
I tried attaching a video showing the pump not working but this forum software apparently doesn't allow mp4 files. I also moved the pump power to another header and it still didn't work (confirmed the fans on both the pump header and the fan header did work, so power is being supplied).
