Eisbaer Aurora 240 fan speed issues

I recently installed this AIO into a build and noticed a large amount of fan speed fluctuation. For example, even under practically no load (just browsing simple websites) the radiator fans will be constantly revving up and down. This occurs constantly. I have tried numerous settings in the bios including setting my own fan curve profile as well with no luck. Any help is appreciated, thanks. I'm running this on a 3600x with a gigabyte b450m motherboard.

I have the AIO wired in the following manner:
-Both radiator fans are connected to the included splitter which is plugged into the CPU fan header on the motherboard
-Pump power and all RGB wiring is connected to the included controller

Hi there, have you tried with a single fan on the header rather than both? Maybe the splitter on the fan header is damaged or doing something strange.
