Eisbaer Extreme 280 Black Edition CPU AiO waterblock

I just bought a Eisbaer Extreme 280 Black Edition CPU AiO looks awsome but i want a diferent waterblock on it

Is it posible to remove the conectors/hose from the waterblock it comes with, to place them in a alphacool eisblock xpx aurora pro

Reason is i'm using a lga2066 cpu

Sure, all parts are normal DIY water cooling parts. Easy to change them. But.... you will need to put some water in if you change the cooler.
