Eisblock Aurora Acryl RX 7900XTX/XT Taichi/Phantom + Backplate.

Roughly 1 and a half months ago i bought the cooler described in the title.

Sadly when trying to install it i found out the cooler was damaged it was also missing pads and backplate screws.
I had to return it, but there was no replacement, and to this day no one has it available
so im stuck with a half finished pc.

Now ive been following availability for this cooler, but on your website it keeps getting pushed back. Is there ever coming a new batch?

I'm having the exact same problem, same product. Bought it in February, it arrived broken, and now I'm waiting forever for a replacement.

please write an mail to info@alphacool.com to get an update regarding your RMA by us. If you have started an RMA with an reseller you have to contact him. In this case we can´t say when you will receive an replacement. THis can only tell you the reseller.

The reseller is waiting on a restock as well.
They dont know when they will have it.
Alphacool website excpected availability gets pushed back every time whenever the date gets closer. Last time i checked it was at 7/8 weeks.

I have already recieved a refund. So no worries.
I found a few sellers in China who have a couple of pieces left in stock, they are overpriced but its the only option for now.
