Eisblock GPX-A RGB issue

recently fitted an Eisblock GPX-A onto a Sapphire 6800XT, I've connected up the DRGB cable to the motherboard board header on a Gigabyte Auros Elite x570 but no LEDs light up, I don't get anything from it.

Does it need a specific controller?

Apart from the RGB the block works great and a massive improvement on temps

so worked it out, the RGB header cable that comes with the block was faulty, managed to butcher up a new one and RGB working just fine
