Eissturm Hurricane kit water pump not working.

I bought the Eissturm Hurricane kit in January this year and it has been working great until today.
The water pump is not responding at all, no noise or movement in any way.
I tried switching it to different headers and different molex connectors but nothing has changed.

Yes that's the one, no flow at all and no noise either, I don't think the pump is turning at all.
