Hello,

I have an Eiswolf 240 GPX Pro AMD Radeon VII M02.

Suddenly the pump of Eiswolf start to make very very loud blocking, rattle noises. I shut my pc down directly when it comes up because i want to prevent it from damage.
When i disconnect the 3 pin connector of the Eiswolf pump then the sound is gone. It is 100% the pump of the Eiswolf. A constant rattle is also always hearable from the eiswolf's pump from the beginning ,like the sound of an old hdd drive.

Best regards,
Alexandr

Hi @iMan1980

One question, where in the housing did you install your radiator.
On the ground or in the front. The noises are from the pump, it may be that it draws air or runs dry. The Eiswolf does not have an expansion tank, so over time air collects at the highest point. Can you tilt your case so that the ice wolf's radiator is higher and shake the case slightly. If the noise is gone then you have air in the pump or in the circuit then you have to refill water. If it is still available, the pump will have a bearing damage, then I would recommend you to contact the support, just send an email to info@alphacool.com linked with this thread.
Or report here again.

Best regards

Hi Luckystricker
The radiator installed in the top of box.
I refilled the water. There is no air in the system. The sound remained after that (
Will try contact the support team.
Thank you.
