Gigabyte 2080Ti Waterblock Issues (both has problems)

Hello,

I ordered 2 Alphacool Eisblock Aurora Plexi GPX-N RTX 2080/2080Ti FE (2070 & 2080 Super) for my 2 Gigabyte RTX 2080Ti Windforce 11GB

1. The GPU Block doesn't fit so I had to mod my card a bit (in hindsight I should've modded the waterblock instead) to fit. It is because of this pin just left of the power input that makes the block not fit. According to the compatibility list my cards were listed as compatible, so I was a bit disappointed. It's a terrible mod but since that pin had nothing connected to it it was fine. Not happy but it finally connected.

2. I finished setting up the block and installed in, and during my test run it leaks!!! It didn't leak at any of the joints but disappointingly leaked due to the provided plug. I had to use a Thermaltake G1/4 plug to stop the leak. Since the TT ones works, clearly I did not damage the threads on the block, it's just the plug (that I put on the block itself) is faulty (the rubber seal is still in in, just doesn't stop leak.). You can also see the other plug works fine.

3. For my 2nd card, the metal ring inside the waterblock has become loose. I never dropped the waterblock. I have not even shake it (with water to clean the inside) yet!. But at any rate the metal ring should NOT come loose like this!

Can you advise the RMA process please? I can provide my order number. Is it ok to provide through this thread? Can other see my details?

Can I get some advise from alphacool what should I do please? Can you ship one out to me quickly? My system is stuck (as pictured, only 1 card in loop...) and I don't know how to move foward. Thank you.
