gpu block broken.

I never had a problem with block of the eiswolf 2 that i bought in 7/7/2022 order number 90023796 untel yesterday that i put the new pump with order 90024083, everything was fine ntil i turn it on and start liking from the gpu plate, I look where the link come from and i found out a breach ( i think is colled like that, sorry for my english its not my mother tongue), i send you two pictures of it.
should I tramit a rma?

dont allowed me to put the pictures because they too big and they are only 3.10 MB, i can send somewhere else?
