Haze inside of Eisebaer waterblock.

I currently own an Eisbaer 420.

Have begun having system lockup issues. When I popped my case open, I found this haze in the waterblock.
It's not on the outside surface of the window. And the dampness you see is from me wiping down the exterior to get rid of dust particles so it's obvious the haze isn't a dirt/dust thing.

I've checked. The reservoir is full.

Any ideas what this could be?
This system's only about 7 months old.

There are additives in the liquid. Sometimes these deposit a little bit, then it can look like this when it dissolves. This is harmless.
