How to operate the guaranteed pump

I bought a pump in December directly on the alphacool site and this morning, the pump was no longer working.
How do I make a return under guarantee? (I did not find how to do it on the site )

You need to send an email to info@alphacool.com. Please include a description of the issue along with your invoice number, customer number, or order number so we can verify the purchase. Our support team will handle the rest from there.
