How to track the progress of my order?

Hello!

My order number is xxxxxxxx. I am trying to get this block as fast as possible because I need to have this build done within the next few weeks. I've been hearing a lot of horror stories about orders taking a few months to arrive and just am wanting to talk to someone about the validity of these claims.
