I bought a 240mm CPU COOLER

I bought a Alphacool AIO 240mm CPU COOLER from Onyx PC. My pump quit on January 20 2021.
The company will not send back any correspondence I have sent them many emails. The date bought was February 26 2020 from Amazon. Can you help with getting a new one since it's your product. Thanks

If you bought it over Amazon, why you dont start the RMA over Amazon? There is no need to talk with Onyx PC (never heard about them). You can ask our support team direcly, but i am sure they will tell you the same: info@alphacool.com

I was under the impression that Amazon only did 3 months and I'm at 11 months. So does that mean I'm screwed on the return? Are they not a authorized dealer?
