Im stupid or they are crazy

Hi
I send some pictures of CPU block from my Eissturm Hurricane Copper bundle to Alphacool support respond is quite surprising for me:

Pic of the block is clearly defective. It may or may not affect cooling potential but it is defective and I paid for a premium brand so I expect at least good quality control.
So I'm wrong?

Hi there, this not acceptable at all. Have you bought the product directly from us? We will replace it asap. Can you please write an email to info@alphacool.com and tell them that i have authorised the RMA. Also can you PM me the persons name who has wrote you this email?
