Hey, I put in an order about a week ago. #30198868. The water block is for my sons PC, but the fans are for a PC I'm building to sell. I waited a good while till everything was in stock to place my order. I just need to know if it is all in stock, and will be shipping out within the next week or so? I understand the extended shipping times, and I'm ok waiting if the block is out of stock, or things are just running slow. But if its going to be long time I'll need to get some other fans on order to finish the PC sitting on my bench. Thanks in advance for your time!

A little update. It now appears that my GPU block was discontinued. I'm really hoping my open order will be covered, I'm really worried that the only option for a good water block for my XFX 7900XTX is no longer available. Hoping someone can reach out and let me know what's going to happen.
The cooler is end of life and will not be restocked. Therefore, you should urgently contact support. Unfortunately, we do not offer an alternative cooler for that card. I'm really sorry, but it seems you’re among the last 2–3 customers we’re unable to supply. Apologies for the inconvenience.
So, still no contact from support. I did also call directly on the telephone. Which, BTW I recommend. Guy I spoke with was over the top amazing. Checked to see if there where any in stock, checked to see if any of the Core series blocks where in stock as well. Even checked if some local vendors had one in stock. Sadly, it looks like I will not be getting a alphaco 7900xtx block, unless I want to buy a different video card model. I told him to just return the block, and send the fans. Still have not seen any movement on the order yet, hopefully it ships out soon. I've ordered other fans just in case, and while missing out on the block does make me sad, the guy on the phone made up for it going the extra mile to try and find me one.
