Just purchased a Alphacool Eiswolf 2 AIO GPU Cooler & Backplate for RTX 4090 Founders Edition

I received it yesterday and installed it today. While installing I found some fury fungal particles in the block. This is not very good for a brand new item. I do have a question on the tubing can it be cut down?

2nd issue why did the top surface of the rad not get painted? It looks a eye sore.

Sadly its too long for my case and no real way to take care of the bends it is almost kinked.

HI,

it is possible to shorten the tubes, but this will void our offered warranty. The radiators are not completely painted, since paint will reduce the cooling capacity.
