LEDs on my distro plate suddenly stopped working

As is written in the Title my 2 Day old Distro Plate Led´s are suddenly not working anymore.What can i do ?.Or are they just broken ?.

have you checked whether the connections are connected correctly and whether the cables are intact?

Yes i tried that i even plugged it out and in but nothing works.
