Missing adapter for Alphacool Eiszapfen HF quick release connector

I bought the 2 quick release connectors, one box had the adapters (The ones on page 6 of product description) while the other box did not. Is there anyway I can buy or get a set of them?

Sorry, i dont understand wich adapter you are missing???? That is a set of Male and Femal QDC connector.

If you click the link to the product page. The 6th Picture with the 2 Adapters or 2 Rings. One of my boxes was missing a pair of those.
