Bought 2 Aurora 240s in September, just got the Xeon 8375 CPUs (socket 4189 narrow)
The coolers were purchased new from Amazon reseller ModMyMods, which specializes in
cooling products. Before buying, I contacted Alphacool and was assured that Eisbaer Pro 240
is compatible with LGA 4189 narrow, and brackets are in the box. Your site here also lists
LGA 4189 narrow socket as supported by Eisbaer Pro Aurora 240.

Upon installing, discovered only one set of brackets that look to be
LGA-4189. Between hole centers length is 9.5cm and width is 6.8cm. The narrow
LGA 4189 socket I am installing to has 9.5 cm length between socket posts, BUT
width is 5.8cm between socket posts, 1.0cm narrower. Bracket supplied on left - size needed on right.jpgSocket #1 Xeon 8375C.jpgSocket #2 Xeon 8375C.jpgTwo Eisbaer Pro 240s fit OK in Anidees Cube Case.jpgBracket supplied on left - size needed on right.jpgSocket #1 Xeon 8375C.jpgSocket #2 Xeon 8375C.jpgTwo Eisbaer Pro 240s fit OK in Anidees Cube Case.jpg

It appears my new kits were missing the brackets for LGA 4189 narrow socket, can
you supply them?

Attached photos show the issue. Am using one Eisbaer pro 240 for each CPU since
they are 300W 32 core CPUs.
