this is really like a nightmare, I sent an email to info@alphacool.com. This is what they replied to me:

Thanks for the hint. Unfortunately no one was able to receive the package. The package will probably be returned to you. Please send us the package again as soon as you receive it.

Do you think this is normal?

In your case, there was apparently no one on site to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. I can only recommend that you send the parcel again.

The nightmare continues. Are you at least a little ashamed of such work? I am an employee of a German corporation, if I did to our customers what you do to me, my boss would fire me immediately.

we have sent you a new product on 31.07.2024 and it has been delivered on 02.08.2024 allready, you can check it by means of the tracking number sent to you.
