I purchased two of the above and neither have any manuals - only a QR code to this forum.

I also can't see any instructions online for the general installation either. Whilst it may be obvious to some, it's not particularly good to have a product that doesn't show what's where, what to do etc.

Essentially, what I need to know I guess is which are the inlets and outlets or doesn't it matter?

Hi,

The IN and OUT on the radiator doesn´t matter. You have 3 option on each side as IN or OUT. Only 1 port on each side can be used. Otherwise you have to mount the fans on it with the correct screws. Standard 25mm thick fans has to me mounted with the M3x30mm Screws. If you are using thicker or thinner fans, you will need other screws.
