I filled out a form about 3 weeks ago, as I have an issue with the thread on my two UT60 radiators... Both have one defective thread, where I can only screw in a very short part (like 17037), but I don't have 2 of those handy. Strangely, it's a different thread on each UT60 that's defect.
Anyway, no response so I write them an email last week - Still nothing.
It's frustrating to be stuck in a build, and having to order more parts because of defects doesn't sit well with me.
Any ideas how to get in touch?
