No updates (yet) on recent order

Hi there,


Yes, I'm a little bit "hurry" for this order, but I wanted to know when I could hope to receive it 😊

The order : 30197241


I received an email on monday that nothing was missing in it for the loop (like asked, thanks for that), but that the ordered fans were not enough in stock for this order for the ordered quantity.
I did reply the same day, but since then, didn't hear back (is my answer received ? I don't know).


So just in case, I open this post, with my initial reply :

About the fan now, I guess the site isn’t reliable about the warehouse status :


As such, I would like to stay with this reference, if there is as least 3 of those, let stay with one set of it, and one set of either :

Which will be 3 black and 3 Metal (or if not available, 3 white).

3 fans will not be visible from the outside, so the color doesn’t matter that much 😃

In last solution, there is this model : https://shop.alphacool.com/en/shop/...acool-core-120mm-fan-pwm-3000rpm-120x120x25mm (but it has a lower overall performance, and that’s better, I think, to only stay with the same model of vent around the radiator).

Let me know if this is OK this way.

Just to add a little note : If we can’t have at least 3 black model (behind, could be a mix of white/metal 😃 ), just remove the whole line about the fans, it’s ok, I’ll take those somewhere else 😊

The faster the order can be shipped, the better it is.

Hi,

Your order is complete and everything is in stock. It would have already been shipped, but we have container deliveries this week. And 40" containers with 1000-2000 different small items need to be sorted into the warehouse first. Additionally, there's currently an extremely high volume of orders, so everything is being delayed. However, I would strongly assume that your package will go out this week.

Even our support team is currently overwhelmed with the surge in inquiries. It almost seems as if we are the last water cooling manufacturer on the market. We've never had so many inquiries and orders before.
Everything is a bit strange this year. Sorry for that.
