So I replaced my o-ring I had them in for 10 years now figured I better change I was unable to find the correct O-Ring from Alphacool for my fitting Alphacool Fittings so I bought Bitspower O-Rings I had one radiator port that no matter what I did wouldn't accept the O-Ring kept making it bulge so I used old O-Ring in that spot rest of sustem all has the new O-Ring i been running system testing mode for leaks been 12 hours so far no leaks but that also with no heat applied yet from cpu and other components should I worry about replacing the o-rings did not sit in groove of fitting as well as original these was tad bigger

Any suggestion or idea or if I’m good I just don’t want it to leak later under heat

Also where do I get correct O-Rings for my fittings for them if anyone can help with that please

Okay and your sure these will work with the fittings I got description says does not work with fitting that have a groove and mine seem to

This is what item description says

Product information
This O-ring serves as a replacement seal for connections that do not have a groove where the O-ring can normally fit. However, due to the slightly larger thickness of the seal, a tight seal is also guaranteed here.

Hi @NeroMorte

Sorry for the late reply. I always do a complete system maintenance over the holidays. Unfortunately, I can't give you a direct guarantee right now, but I've tested various fittings with the groove using different seals. I tested them with smaller, larger, and thicker diameters. As for testing, I basically sealed them and left them pressurized to 1.5 bar. The result was that seals with a 10mm inner diameter and a thickness of 2.65mm, and one with an 11.2mm inner diameter and also a thickness of 2.65mm, work just as well as the originals. The only issue is that you can't screw the fitting in all the way.

It wouldn't hurt to perform a pressure test afterward.

Best Regards
