Order : 30115670 need more info regarding the status

Hello,

I've place the order : 30115670 on 29/12/2019
When I did I saw all the parts I've selected were available (green) from the site, so I was expected the delivery to be 'fast'
Since then the status remains at 'In process', so I'd like to know what is the issue.

Hi There, we have a stock discrepancy on the order. Article 17468 is out of stock. Estimated delivery date is the 31.01.2020. If you want to replace the sealing plugs with ohter ones or cancel the order please write an email to info@alphacool.com . I am sorry for the inconvenience :(
