Hello!
13.04.2020 on Monday I made an order 30118582 and paid it, but there is no ANY notification yet. I even sent an email to info@alphacool.com on 15.04.2020 but did not receive any answer too. Is this normal? I even do not know - did you receive the payment or have you any trouble with my order!
I want to know - when my order will be processed? When it will be shipped? Thank you!

Hi There, due the corona virus our production has been stoped for several weeks in China and this is causing the huge delay. The block that you have ordered is out of stock. Estimated delivery date is the 18.05.2020. Do you like to wait or shall we cancel the order and refund you the ammount back?

Hi, no nothing has been changed in the system as far i can see. Estimated delivery date (to us) is the 18.05.2020.
