Order 30207704 UPS shipment cancelled without reason

Hello alphacool team.

I ordered a Alphacool Core Geforce RTX 5080 Reference with backplate on 22th september and the day after you sent me UPS notification tracking status as it was a created label.
A few minutes after, the shipment was cancelled with no specified reason.

It should arrived on 26th september, but it won't.

I sent an e-mail and a inquiry, however no response was received.

Even i asked to cancel the order, so i needed the waterblock for this week.

Is there any problem with the orders? Why there is no response?

Without a receipt number, invoice number, or order number, I can’t provide you with any information here. I cannot look up orders using only the tracking number.
If you have already contacted support, please send me your email address via PM so I can check the status for you.

When I go to the forum, I open all the new posts. I don’t pay attention to the thread titles when I go through them one by one. My mistake, sorry. I was simply dumb and blind there.
In my defense, I hadn’t had my coffee yet when I wrote that.

Regarding your issue: this UPS shipment was canceled due to a system error. However, your package is on its way to you, just under a different tracking number. Sorry, we should have informed you about that.

The correct tracking number is: 1Z8061036838677082
From what I can see, it should be delivered today.

Finally the packet was delivered before the expected date.

What a mess with all the no UPS notification.

Well thank you, next time I will write earlier in the forum since seems to be the most effective way to communicate.

I wouldn’t necessarily say that. It really depends on how much time I have to answer something like this. It could well have been that an email inquiry would have been quicker. I’m not on the forum every day.
But it’s good to hear that the package has now arrived and the issue is resolved. All that’s left is for me to wish you lots of fun building and, of course, a great weekend ahead.
