Order could be delivered due to dhl not beeing able to locate the location

My order didnt arrive to me, becaue dhl could find the addres, DHL sent me a mail saying that it could be delivered, i noticed it too late, and could try to ship it again, so they returned it to alphacool.

Will i get a refund, or something like that? my mail was empty after since the dhl return message

You’ll need to contact our support team for this. Please let them know whether you’d like a refund or if we should resend the package — though in that case, it’s probably best to use a different shipping address.
