Order not showing up?

Hi,

I ordered a GPU block and Active Backplate for my 3090 yesterday and it's not showing up under the Orders section in my account. Is something wrong? I paid with PayPal and the payment went through. I have an order number and transaction number. Why can't I track the status of my order? Is the site broken or something?

Also, I've seen that another member on this forum has experienced no changes in over a week after ordering and the status in the confirmation is set to "being reviewed". I don't want to wait that long for any sort of movement with my order, especially after ordering on an E-Store where I should be able to track these things. Can someone clarify this?

Hi there, Since you ordered at the weekend and the warehouse mainly works from Monday to Friday, your order may not have been processed. You are welcome to send us an e-mail to info@alphacool.com where we can help you with your order.

Hi,
I just sent the email to info@alphacaool and attached my reciept. So when the order is confirmed, will the order info be shown under "Orders" in my account? I'll be able to track it there right? I did select PRIO shipping with UPS.

exactly. You can then view your order in your customer account.
As soon as your e-mail is processed, the tracking number is usually communicated directly. You cannot track the order directly via the customer account but via DHL or UPS, depending on which shipping service provider you have selected. As you said, in your case it´s UPS.

Thanks for the info. I got a reply from info@alphacool. They said they didn't know why the order didn't show up under the "Orders" tab in my Account. I guess its a bug or something. But everything is fine now. Now that I know how this process works and there's no delay, I won't be afraid to order from Alphacool directly in the future.

Dude the 2 day shipping was insane.😮 I just got the item.

I gotta get some more stuff from you guys to start building though.😀 I haven't decided fully on a case yet, so there's that.😭
I'll post a picture of my Alphacool build once it's complete! 😁
