Order processing delay. What's going on?

Hello!

I placed my order on Dec 16, but it still hasn't been processed. I also wrote to support twice via the contact form and once via email to info@alphacool.com. No answers, no estimates for delivery dates. Nothing at all!

Should I cancel order and choose another shop? I am disappointed

Check yur spam folder, sometimes there are the answere mails.
