I am currently waiting for almost 2 months (!!!!) now for my order. The only item that is not in stock is the:
Alphacool Core Distro Plate O11 Dynamic Evo/XL with Apex VPP pump
Every time I have to sent an email myself to ask where my order is. And every time I get the response "It will be delivered next week" This is now going on for several weeks.
What is going on? How long will it really take.. I am thinking of canceling the O11 Distro plate and going with the Core Distro Plate 360. But I don't want to because it only has 4 channels and I need 5 because I will use 2 radiators. Otherwise I will have to look for a different brand.
I received an email this morning with the same response "It will be deliverd next week" but on the page of the shop it says.. 2-3 weeks. I'm getting a little frustrated now!
I tried calling on the phone but I got no response...
On my initial order it said 2-3 weeks delivery time.. I am waiting for 8 weeks now!!!
Please give me some feedback about this!!
